Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
2.Sheet Metal Dies Budgeting
3.Able to develop Stamping Project Plan wrt Master time line along with critical path generation
4.Process FMEA and Operational FMEA
5.Project Management of sheet metal Die Development.
6.Simulations on Catia,Autoform,MPDS,3DCS and APQP
7.Investment and product cost optimization wrt Process, Yield and materials
8.3D process Planning/Die layout and 3d Die design
9.Planning of Press shop feed layout, Automation and production technology
10.Panel GD and T feasibility, End to end quality Plan including GNOVA B and C
11.Innovations and IMCR
12.Basic BIW product design, process and Assembly
13.Selection of Raw material and die's material
14.Sheet metal problem solving using 7 QC, G8d
15.Spring back and compensation strategy of HSS panels
Experience
Industry Preferred
Experience in the automotive manufacturing industry, particularly within divisions focused on farm equipment or heavy machinery production, is highly advantageous. Candidates with a background in central manufacturing engineering, automotive component manufacturing, or sheet metal fabrication industries will have a distinct edge.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements relevant to automotive quality and manufacturing processes is expected. Exposure to sectors involving large scale stamping, press shop operations, and die design will contribute positively to the role.
Familiarity with innovation-driven manufacturing environments that emphasize continuous improvement and digital tool integration is also beneficial.

- Ability to work without extensive travel requirements, focusing on in-house plant engineering and teamwork.
