Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Production schedule & Volume adherence
  • Skill development of manpower working in cells
  • Deployment of manpower as per production schedule
  • Ensuring setups as per production plan and ensure adecuate cycle time of CNC as well as SPM Machine.
  • Inspection as per plan and correction based on CMM Report.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives that reduces cost of operations, improves service level, capacity, productivity, reduction of man days, tool cost, rejection & consumables etc.
  • 5S score Improvement and ensure TPM activity on shop floor with safe environment on shop floor
