Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

*Manning the crib distribution window, crib security,
*Tool and equipment collection, tool organization, and general tool crib maintenance.
*Skill development of manpower working in Store.
*Managing the tool inventory of an organization. 
*Collect, and maintain tools, as well as keep detailed records of tool transactions.
*Exposure to ISO, TS, TPM, OHSAS, SHE, ISO45001 is must.
*Responsible for overall tool crib operations, this individual develops and oversees   policies and procedures related to the acquisition, storage, use, and disposal of tools. 
* Documentation of indirect inventory -  PCS , GR.
*5S score Improvement and ensure TPM activity Tool crib and CTS with safe environment on shop floor

Education Qualification

Bachelor of Engineering or Diploma in any stream

General Experience

4 - 10 yrs

Critical Experience

• SAP knowledge - PP and MM module.
• Inventory management
• Vendor interfacing for tool and tooling recipet.
• Experience of Tool pre-setter ( Like Zoller)
• Experience of Fixture inspection and inhouse development.
 Tool setting and inspection knowledge.
• Experience of handling gauges for  inspection.
