  1. Identification of Training needs based on the feedback from participants / customer.
  2. Preparation of monthly / quarterly Training Calendar based on feedback and request.
    Design, develop, & organize technical programs based on identified need of Channel Partners and M&M officers.
    1. Technicians, WMs & FLAs
    2. Salesmen & Demonstrators
    3. CCMs & TMs
  3. Prepare new training modules, pre & post training question papers and training handouts
  4. Prepare training reports
  5. Communicate with AO Team for nomination of participant for different training programs.
  6. Gather information on product issues from participants, compile and share with Product Support Team.
  7. Monitor post training effectiveness of participants in the form of ROI projects
  8. Take projects on innovation & digitization

Experience  5 To 10 Years

Qualification  B.Tech
