Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Purpose of the role:
Support project governance, CAPEX monitoring, KPI management, MIS reporting, audit readiness, and cross-functional coordination for manufacturing infrastructure, facility expansion, and Greenfield project initiatives. Ensure project progress, budget utilization, compliance requirements, and operational readiness milestones are effectively monitored through structured reporting, documentation control, and stakeholder engagement.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, critical deliverables, and execution progress against approved schedules, highlighting risks, delays, and bottlenecks for timely corrective action.
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, project dashboards, KPI scorecards, progress reports, and management presentations for leadership reviews.
- Track CAPEX budgets, project expenditures, commitments, forecasts, and cost variances to support effective financial governance and budget control.
- Maintain project records, approval trackers, budget trackers, document control systems, and project databases to ensure governance, reporting accuracy, and audit compliance.
- Support audit preparedness through documentation management, compliance tracking, action closure monitoring, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate project activities across Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical stakeholders to support Greenfield, expansion, and plant readiness initiatives.
- Monitor project KPIs, resource utilization, contractor performance, and project deliverables while driving data-based continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support review and control of project documentation, technical specifications, BOQs, engineering deliverables, and compliance records to ensure adherence to project standards
Experience
3-6 Years
• Experience in Industrial Projects, Manufacturing Facilities, Infrastructure Development, Utilities or EPC Projects.
• Greenfield Project experience shall be preferred and will be an added advantage.
Industry Preferred
Automotive OEM / Auto Component / Industrial Manufacturing / EPC Projects
