Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Conversant with root cause analysis for complex issues. Knowledge of Good / Bad analysis, tolerance stacking, 8D process, zero base analysis etc
2. G D & T knowledge & drawing interpretation along with knowledge of various standards applicable for casting, forging, Sheetmetal, Rubber, plastic parts including hardware
3. Basic manufacturing knowledge of casting, forging, Sheetmetal, Rubber, plastic parts
4. Detailed knowledge and hands on experience for general Measuring instruments like Micrometer, Vernier calliper Die Test, Bore Dial, Height vernier etc.
5. Detailed knowledge of critical measuring instruments like, Contour Tracer, Surface finish tester, Trimos, Round ness tester, Profile projector, hardness tester etc 
6. Detailed knowledge of CMM. Programming & Measurement. Report interpretation etc
7. Knowledge of MSA, APQP, PPAP, SPC & FMEA. Knowledge of calibration will be added advantage
8. Knowledge & experience related to ERP systems specially SAP.
9. Basic knowledge of materials & properties. Basic knowledge of special processes like Heat treatment, surface coatings, welding, Priming, painting etc
10. Expertise on MS Office, Excel, Power point, Word etc
11. DWM - Data management & MIS – Daily, weekly, monthly etc. Good in compiling executive summary
12. Knowledge & experience on various quality tools including DOE, 7 QC tools, Why Why analysis, 5W1H etc
13. Capability for evaluation of corrective actions with focus on root cause confirmation
14. Project monitoring. Periodic review for pending status & escalation to get the things don
