Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Purpose of the role:

Oversee all medical aspects are conducted according to  regulatory requirements & ensure that statutory requirements related to medical facilities are complied with.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing Occupational Health Centre
• Responsible for all medical related audits in the plant. Prepare & maintain  necessary documents regarding the same.
• Ensure all Statutory annual medical facilities along with Statutory half yearly medical facilities are met. 
• Budget planning & control 
• Counseling critical cases
• Ensure medical facilities for contract labours
• Responsible for providing medical facilities at the right time.
• Liaise with hospitals and specialized doctors for any medical help requied on a frequent basis to provide medical facilities at the right time
 • In case of emergencies , the job holder will have to attend critical cases and also take patients to the hospital

Experience

10+ years of relevant experience

Industry Preferred

Large scale Manufacturing Industries as Factory Medical Officer

Qualifications

MBBS, Diploma in Industrial Health (Associate Fellowship of Industrial Health)
