Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
1.Will be responsible for execution of fitment trial to identify early design/facility related issue along with CFT in plant.
2.Will be responsible for execution of CRE Ideas & improvements at plant.
3.Will be responsible for generation of CRE Ideas along with plant.
4.Will be responsible for execution of field irritant improvements at plant.
5.Will be responsible for evaluation of standardization Ideas along with plant.
6.Will be responsible for introduction of New Models & Variants at Plant.
7.Will be responsible for Tractor batch Testing for Budni (CFMTTI) & Statutory change execution.
8.Daily monitoring of CRE & Field Irritant Projects & weekly monitoring with Cross functional team (CFT).
9.Resolution of assembly Lines design issues by correct root cause analysis & providing suitable design solution corrective measure to meet organisation targets.
10.Generate APPAP dashboard & publish report, PPT for stack holders to achieve business goals.

General Requirements
1.General Knowledge of design principles, processes, Product, Part & assembly Knowledge of overall tractor & aggregates.
2.The ability to manage your time and that of your team to meet goals
3. Systematic root cause analysis of Failures by QC story approach Should be able to demonstrate problem solving ability using problem solving tools.
4. Conversant with shining DOE technique, preparation of Fault Tree for Analysis,
5. Knowledge of Basic 7 QC , Advance QC Tools, DFMEA, DFA & Tractor Regulatory Norms (CMVR) & VAVE.
