Assistant Manager -MQA Paint Shop

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

•    Ensure & sustain Paint Quality by proactive approach to control process to prevent any type of quality failure.    
•    Co-ordinate with paint material suppliers on quality issues , quality upgradation.
•    Ensure product quality parameters , goals are achieved as per plan.
•    Review , analysis & action planning of daily quality data , rework & rejection , internal & external customer complaints.
•    Paint Quality planning & execution for new model , new colour launches , new projects in paint shop.
•    Field complaint analysis , action planning for paint shop related complaints.
•    Interact with body shop and TCF shops , PVT for paint shop quality related co-ordinations.
•    Facilitate Quality related internal/external audits.
•    Increase morale of the team by giving them input of outgoing quality as it has a direct impact on product quality and the brand.

Education Qualification

B.Tech in Surface coating technology / Paint technology.

General Experience

•    Paint shop process control, trouble shooting , Paint and sealer ROBOT application / process control.
•    Advance technology in paint mfg. and application , paint shop equipment’s. 
•    PFMEA , Control Plan , QMS , SPC , TPM etc.
•    Analytical ability , hands on experience of using problem solving analytical tools like DOE , 8D ,   MYB , MGB , QM analysis etc.Paint technology, QMS, TPM Methodology, Analytical tools
• Excellent managerial skills to enable better decision making based on situational analysis
• Proficiency in using MS-office.
• In-depth understanding of Paint Shop (PS) process knowledge, PS equipment knowledge.
