Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Quality Control & Compliance:

• Ensure incoming materials meet specifications through inspection and testing.
• Monitoring and Improving line rejection and customer line rejection RPH to achieve the Quality targets
• Design for resolution of the issues. Ensure adherence to Quality systems and maintaining.
• Ensuring faster resolution of field issues and External Customer Handling.
• Can identify and apply latest techniques in measurement, statistical analysis, and quality assured processes.
• Can conduct Statistical analysis to aid decision making relating to process improvements.
• Review and approve supplier documentation including PPAP, FMEA, and control plans.

• Identify opportunities for quality improvement in supplier processes.

Support Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen initiatives related to supplier quality
