Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Lead a team based out of different plants.
  • ZH / RCCM interaction
  • Dealer Sr Management interaction
  • RO support on escalated concerns
  • Techno legal assistance to Ro
  • Support to Tekline on escalated concerns
  • Inputs to Spares Strategy group
  • Critical JI participation & Resolution
  • Coordination with OEM for support to escalation issues / Mega Campaign participation.
  • Interaction with PVT / PET/ PDT
  • Interaction with Platform teams / COE /Manufacturing plant
  • Highlighting identified concerns for Field Interventions
  • Platform syndicate participation
  • Ensuring New launch readiness parameters
  • Analytical representation of critical trends
  • Participation in Jury trials
  • Inputs to inter departmental teams for enhancement of systems
  • Field support for New product launch during initial phase
  • Identification of content for field training.

Education Qualification

BE(Mechanical/Automobile) / B.Tech 

General Experience

Good product knowledge on vehicle systems

Good analytical skills

Expertise in analytical tools like working on big data

Good interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in handling field customer care operations

Driving skills

Passionate about Automobiles

Critical Experience

8-10 years
