Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Internal & External customer complaints handling, Root cause analysis and speedy implementation of corrective measures to meet the targets.
- Handling overall Product audit and Process audit in TCF line.
- Certified Mahindra Yellow / Green belt (MYB/MGB/PGDQM)
- Knowledage of Pokayoke, SPC, MSA, 7QC tools, HEP techniques etc.
- Knowledge of Gap & flushness (1D), Engineering specification testings, Torque audits (SPC) etc.
- Concern analysis through effective use of Data analytics, Graphical representation of data for logical conclusion and inferences.
- Analyzing customer complaints, line rejection and taking corrective actions.
- Establishing Initial Process Capability (Pp/Ppk) and monitoring ongoing Process Capability (Cp/Cpk).
- Defining and standardizing all the Quality Procedure. Continuous process improvements (KAIZENS) to achieve consistent product quality.
- Monitor and ensuring adherence to processes with SOP/SOS by periodic process audit, SPC and MSA studies.
- Responsible for New projects for quality activities & Engineering Change Management.
- Ensure gauges / equipment calibration and MSA study as per plan.
- Release the Weekly/monthly MIS report of Health Status of Shop
- Support customer quality for analysis of field issues & implementation of new projects
- Monitor & improve traveller card and Offline concerns , GNOVA C and RFI issues of top concerns with cross functional team.
- Take efforts for Benchmarking & horizontal deployment of Good systems & New initiatives.
