Deputy Manager - Maintenance (Paint Shop)

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Ensure upkeep of the Paint Shop equipments. Monitor the basic condiiton of control panels and ensure dust free painted bodies & no vibration. 
• Understand basics of electrical/electronics like PLC, AC Drives & its programming and prepare a troubleshooting guide for the same. 
• Responsible for operations & troubleshooting of hydraulics & Pneumatics. 
• Perform quality analysis of input power supply & harmonic analysis. 
• Monitor shop performance with respect to rework, rejection & time losses. Perform breakdown analysis and correction for the same and check the effectiveness of the actions taken..
• Responsible for Machine Life Enhancement . 
• Ensure safety at paint shop. Maintain safety related systems (ISO/TS9001:2008) in the Paint shop and provide support in internal/external audits.
• Schedule & maintain predictive, preventive and shut down maintenance. 
• Maintenance of General Equipments & Instruments like sanders, spray guns, spray paint equipments & lightening fixtures. Prepare troubleshooting guide for the same.

Education Qualification

Full time BE in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering

General Experience

6 to 10 years of work experience in Paint Shop Maintenance of Auto OEM
