Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Monitor preventive and predictive maintenance progress as per schedule in his area of equipment in order to attain good customer satisfaction
• Good hands on knowledge of conveyors (Roller bed, Buffer chain conveyor, Elevators)
• Good hands on knowledge of pumps, fans, blowers, Ovens
• Knowledge, profiling and troubleshooting of painting robots - Durr
• Monitor and control absenteeism on line by planning associates leave
• Find cost effective solution for the FOS Items by monitoring, suggesting, Participating, implementing I4 ideas/Kaizens
• Monitor and reduce the number of equipment breakdown concerns by reviewing the daily and implementing corrective and preventive actions
• Create a conducive environment for safe and engaged working
• Monitor and improve Safety, TPM, 5S score of his cell through continuous improvements
• Improve the quality level and skill of associates in maintenance by continuous monitoring and nominating associates for various training
• Monitor and maintain spare parts stocks for both insurance and consumable spares
• Maintain safety of equipments by monitoring safety interlocks and by providing Pokayoke
