Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

As a GET at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd within the Automotive Division, your responsibilities will include preparing 3D models using part drawings in Uni-Graphics, Tebis v3.4R5C1, and CatiaV5R17. You will be generating 3D and 2D NC programs using Tebis & UG Nx 6, deciding on manufacturing strategies, providing guidance to die designers about manufacturing possibilities, and supporting the CNC machine shop for problem-solving. Additionally, you will be responsible for NC programming of checking, welding, and assembly fixtures for die-casting molds. Your key objectives will be schedule adherence, reduction in rework, reduction in conversion hours, and cost-saving through efficiencies.

Experience

The ideal candidate for this role will have 3-5 years of relevant work experience. They should have a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical, Production, or Automobile engineering.
