validation of robot and equipments
collection & conversion of all the 3D data into simulation format
Layout Planning
Device simulation (giving kinematics to devices)
Robot task simulation
generation of OLP for robot
handholding of robot with PLC
generation all the out put documents required for installation and commisioning
Good knowledge of simulation softwares like DELMIA, ROBCAD, Process Simulate etc.
Benchmarking
Identifying opportunities of cost reduction against quote
Lesson learn capturing
identifying opportunities for implementation of lesson learnt captured
Ensuring customer approval on fixtures for FTR pass of simulation 
Ensuring filling of check sheets 
Conducting DAP along with customer
Ensure closure of all DAP concerns before release to manufacturing
Monitoring of ECN implementation
contacting desired bought out suppliers, selection of right specification, 

Site support to programers
