Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Leading BIW Welding Fixtures Automation Design.
  • Automation Scope/Architecture Finalisation with Customer.
  • Planning of Welding Fixtures Automation.
  • Automation Scope/Architecture Finalisation with Suppliers.
  • Coordination with Automation suppliers.
  • Regular Coordination with Mfg Team for Automation activities.
  • Manufacturing Approvals with customer.Automation/PLC Troubleshooting at Installation.
  • Good knowledge of Automation ( pneumatics, PLC and Hydraulics, SCADA,VMS.Active participation TPM.
  • Active participation in quality system (ISO documentation

Education Qualification

Bachelor of Engineering; Diploma; Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics; Diploma in Electronics
