Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Single point contact for Customer for field related activity. Develop Quality Strategy for PVT function. Leading All Plant PVT function. To driver Customer - supplier relationship across all AD Plant PVT's. Deploy stand ardize process across all AD Plant PVT. Deliver Crusade 2 in terms of variability control and deterioration control. Drive IQS and AGAN initiative across personal and commercial segment. Deliver FTR for all new projectsNo known learning to be repeated. Initiatives and projects to improve the reliability and Durability of the product. To create a conducive environment for safe and engaged working. Understand ing customer usage conditions and requirements and providing validated of solutions to meet same. White collar profitability. Driver reliability culture for Detetoriation control across all Plant. Overall warranty cost reduction of AD mfg., vehicle. Capability building. Drive simplicity across all AD Plant PVTs

Education Qualification

Diploma in Engineering; Bachelor of Engineering

General Experience

Minimum 15 Years in Quality , Mfg, CDMM , Design

Critical Experience

Experience of leading Plant PVT function for personal and commercial segment.Experience of leading multiple commodities and or Platform team in Plant Vehicle team.Exposure on projects and initiatives to improve the reliability and Durability of the products.Knowledge and exposure to Manufacturing processes, Quality Management Systems and Problem solving tools.Experience in the area of new product development (Commodities- Brakes, HVAC, BIW etc.Hands on experience on warranty system analysis.Experience of leading a medium or large sized team
