Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Position Overview: The Senior Manager MIQ - training and competency development will be responsible for designing, developing and driving capability- building initiatives in operational excellence domain across the organization. The role focuses on enhancing employee competencies through training, improving process performance through consultation and creating a culture of continuous improvement through structured learning interventions, assessments and certification programs
Process Ownership - Training and Consultation:
- Design and implement training frameworks aligned with Operational Excellence goals and business strategy.
- Facilitate classroom, workshop, and experiential learning sessions for employees and leadership teams.
- Drive improvements through consultations
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with businesses (Process owners and business HR) to identify competency gaps and develop strategies to address them
- Collaborate with external empanelled faculty member base for designing and conducting training programs
- Collaborate with various businesses for identification and sharing of best practices in operational excellence
Future readiness:
- Drive awareness and capability-building initiatives on new-age digital and Industry 4.0 topics.
- Develop foundational learning modules on Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Automation, Digital Manufacturing, IoT, and Smart Factory concepts.
Experience
Minimum 15 years experience in operations management
Industry Preferred
Qualifications
Industrial Engineer with MBA in operations management

The position requires extensive travel to various Group sites
