Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, ensuring manpower availability, providing a great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Talent Acquisition

 

Closely work with the business stakeholders to understand the manpower needs and ensure closures within the stipulated timelines and budget.

Create talent pipeline by using internal channels like employee referrals, company career website and external channels like professional networking platforms of LinkedIn, Naukri.com etc to fulfil the hiring needs.

Onboarding and working with external staffing vendors to fulfil critical and niche roles as per business needs.

Managing the interview process and post-selection activities which includes salary negotiation and issuance of offer letter.

Maintaining recruitment dashboard for management review.

 

 

HR Business Partnering

  • Provide insights on ground level business challenges and implementation support for establishing organization structure and manpower plan that caters to business needs
  • Implement behavioral and functional trainings and programs at Business/Functional level to ensure that capability development needs are adequately met
  • Implement talent management processes at the business/functional level to ensure continuous identification and development of high-potential talent
  • Lead implementation of performance management activities at the business level to ensure adherence with organization-wide PMS guidelines and timelines
  • Manage total rewards and recognition system for the business/function through streamlined implementation and administration of processes
  • A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement. Partner with business leaders and other functions to maintain a highly motivated and engaged workforce.
  • Manage critical employee and HR management aspects such as communications, employee exit, personal data, and grievance redressal to facilitate healthy/harmonious climate within the organization
