Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

The role involves addressing and resolving various Operation and Maintenance issues of all types of Solar Power Plants in our portfolio. The candidate should excel in maintaining detailed records, ensure higher generation, Customer care, compliance, contractual management, warranty support, driving ongoing improvement initiatives, and fostering smooth collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Handling complaints for faults,  breakdown of various components of Solar plant.

Ensuring timely response to customer for complaints such as low performance, cleaning activities, breakdowns.

Coordinating with the OEM to address warranty issues, repairs and replacements in a timely & efficient manner.

Root cause analysis for various plant operation issues incoordination with cross functional teams and ensuring implementation of remedial measures.

Review of closure of HOTO punch points and facilitate smooth handover of asset from EPC team to site O&M team with necessary contract closure.

Support finance team towards submission of monthly O&M Inovice  and ensure collection of payments from customers.

Support Business Team in preparation of Techno commercial proposal for O&M services.

Maintaining detailed records of complaints, resolutions, and warranty-related activities for analysis and reporting purposes.

Periodically visit various sites under O&M for ensuring compliance to SOP's.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives in the complaint handling and resolution process.

Experience

6 to 10 years of overall experience with atleast 2-3 Years of Solar O&M/Asset Management Experience

Industry Preferred

Solar or EPC Industry

Qualifications

BE or B.tech (Electrical/Civil/Mechanical)
