Lead - Marketing & Customer Experience

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Marketing Strategy
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to build brand awareness, drive lead generation, and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and business teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies.
• Oversee digital, social media, and traditional marketing campaigns to maximize outreach.
• Manage relationships across all departments to ensure seamless and consistent branding, marketing and communications from a corporate marketing perspective.
Customer Experience Management:
• Design and implement customer journey maps to optimize each stage of interaction, ensuring a seamless, positive experience.
• Lead initiatives to improve customer feedback mechanisms and use insights to drive continuous improvements.
• Manage customer loyalty programs and strategies to increase retention and customer lifetime value.
Brand Management
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and customer interactions.
• Lead creative direction and develop marketing collateral, including content, design, and messaging.
• Maintain marketing collateral, advertising and media files
Stakeholder Management
• Serve as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for their needs in cross-functional projects.
• Work closely with senior leadership to present strategies, insights, and recommendations.
Data and Analytics
• Analyze marketing and customer experience data to measure campaign performance, customer satisfaction, and ROI.
• Implement tools and metrics to track and improve customer journeys and experiences.
• Set performance KPIs and lead the function in achieving campaign goals and customer satisfaction metrics.
Experience
Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience
Industry Preferred
Qualifications
MBA or PGDM in Marketing & Branding
