Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
• Experience in Quality assurance function in Harvester/Tractor assembly plant
• Exposure to Quality management systems like ISO 9001, TS 16949, MQS
• Product & Process Knowledge/ Analytical skills, Drawing interpretation, Knowledge of statistical techniques
• Analysing customer complaints, line rejection and taking corrective actions.
• Knowledge of SAP / Team centre.
• Continuous process improvements (KAIZENS) /Pokayoke to achieve consistent product quality.
• Monitor and ensuring adherence to processes with SOP/SOS by periodic process audit.
• Driving improvements with first time right approach
• Knowledge Receipt inspection /Sampling Techniques/GD&T.
• Knowledge of 7 QC tools, statistical tool / APQP/FMEA/PPAP /SPC/ MSA
• Knowledge of New Product Devleopment process, concern resolution management, preparing MIS
