Qualification Minimum: Diploma
Preferred: B.E. / B.Tech
Experience Specific industry/ companies: Auto companies, 2 wheeler specific highly required with machine shop experience
Years: 7 years for Diploma and 5 years for B.E. / B.Tech
Job Purpose To ensure daily production target Achievement, Gap analysis for every shift and do continuous PDCA to improve the efficiency of the machines in order to add value to the working hours of each and every employee of the machine shop
Job Responsibilities
SN Responsible for
Financial Man cost control by improving productivity on line
Cost Reduction (scrap+consumable+man)
Departmental Budget planning & monitering 
Customer Defect free and ready to use machined components according to the running capacity of the engine shop and vehicle assembly
defects  data analysis &  countermeusers
Market complaint Analysis,Resolution & Monitering
Internal Business Process/ Operations Leading the machine shop team to acomplish the control of PQCDSM
Delevery of machined components As per Plan
Coordinate with different departments such as internal / external & vendor for improvements
New product establishment and implementation of mass production
Learning and Growth Adhare training schedule( workers & staff)
Daily Man management by closing all conflicts & disagreements.
Inspiring team of workers and reviewing the work / performance of subordinates.

3 Process evaluation and cycle time balancing
4 Target distribution to sub-ordinates and weekly revaluation with concerned person.
