Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Preparing preliminary and detailed project report including preparation of capex, BOQ, Estimation, analysis of rates, obtaining and comparing market rates, PR, PO, till project buy-off
• Finalize the designs & drawings of the project as per requirements & management guidelines.,Co-ordination with project architect, consultants, lesioning and legal advisor, Contractor.,Identifying the contractors /vendors for land development, building construction works.,Execution & monitoring of planned project by planning, organizing & scheduling the activities.Making & executing interior setup like office setup, furniture, Epoxy flooring & oversee the similarity in structure with world class facilitation with optimum cost & time.
• Quality Control, cost control practices, Reports to Top management.Ensuring the safe & healthy work practices while project execution.,Coordination with internal customer for facility requirements during start of the project for consideration of overall scope & end deliverables including utilities.,Ensure daily, weekly reviews with the stake holders for the change management & mitigation plan with quick decision on deliverables.,
