AM/ DM - Employee Relations

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Maintain healthy employee relations by addressing employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, standing orders, and statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate with management and employee representatives to promote a positive work environment and industrial harmony.
  • Handle disciplinary matters, conduct domestic inquiries, and support corrective action processes.
  • Assist in union interactions, negotiations, settlements, and conflict resolution activities.
  • Analyze employee relations trends and recommend initiatives to improve employee engagement and morale.
  • Support HR initiatives, audits, compliance inspections, and communication programs related to workforce relations.

Experience

  • 8-12 years of experience in Employee Relations (ER), Industrial Relations (IR), and HR operations within manufacturing or corporate environments.
  • Proven experience in handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.Sound knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and factory-related regulations.
  • Experience in dealing with trade unions, collective bargaining, and maintaining industrial harmony.

Qualifications

  • MBA/MSW/PGDM in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Labour Welfare, or Personnel Management preferred.
  • Diploma/Degree in Labour Laws, Industrial Relations, or Labour Welfare will be an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Labour Laws, Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, and Statutory Compliance.
