Ensuring Implementation of Systems and processes at dealerships thereby ensure desired Customer satisfaction Indices.
Enhance Capacity Planning at dealerships as per business plan.
Formulating plan for adequate channel development.
Capability development of Team and dealer.
Driving innovation to improve service quality.
Ensuring periodic performance review of dealers.
Driving Service Crusade to imbibe the culture of customer sensitivity within internal team members and dealership team.
Driving Sales of Spares business
Strategic approach and action for Service Business enhancement which will improve channel profitability
Coach team members in identifying the key drivers and enablers in channel which impact the service experience.
