Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Channel – Enable Channel appointment specially Retailers, Facilitate manpower appointment & existing channel readiness
Volume / Sales / Market Share for CODE (New Product of Mahindra Swaraj)
Capability Building – Organizing training for Sales & Service Manpower
Product / Service Enablement – Availability, Performance feedback, Issues resolution & escalation, co-ordination with ICG/Mohali etc (ICG – Infant Care Group).
Promotion – Conduct BTL Campaigns, Wall paintings, Bus Branding , Liaison networking with KVK’s, Brand advocates, Demos’
Market Development – Promote the new product in relevant applications, crops, markets with AO Team as per product strengths’

Education Qualification
Bachelors of Technology; Bachelor of Engineering,
Diploma in Engineering with 3 years of CORE Sales experience.
General Experience
0-5 Years of CORE Sales experience.
