Assistant Manager- CDMM

1. New Product Development
   a) Participation & lead during parts DFM / CAE / Tooling feasibilities
   b) Evaluate tooling readiness / Mold trials / FTG development and ensure dimensional accuracy
   c) Drive PTR / PPAP
   d) Coordinate production support SOP+ 3 MTh
2. Supplier Process Capability & Quality
  a) Conduct Process audits & ensure closure
  b) Monitor supplier PPM, & drive corrective actions (8D)
3. Field Issues & Customer Pain Point Resolution
   a) Lead supplier-side root cause analysis for field failures, warranty issues, and quality concerns.
   b) Coordinate for permanent corrective actions internal team.
   c) Work closely with suppliers for fast resolution of customer pain points (as you frequently manage)
4. ECN / Cost Optimization / VA–VE
    a) Support ECN implementation, engineering changes, and part requalification.
    b) Participate in VA–VE workshops with suppliers for cost optimization.
