Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
Managing existing DMS platform – Sales & Service
Regular MIS & analytic reports
Complaint Management & Resolution
Performing requirements analysis.
Documenting and communicating the results of efforts.
Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Working closely with Internal customer, Channel partners and Technology Team.
Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to End User
Performing user acceptance testing.
Managing Support resources and priorities.

Experience

 A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or Business role in Sales / Service.

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in engineering (IT Preferable)

General Requirements

  • Preferable: Experience from Genset / Automobile industry
  • SQL
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
