Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Spare PO Execution:
- Process and execute spare parts purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinate with suppliers to confirm delivery schedules and manage any order-related issues.
- Monitor and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of spare parts.

Maintaining Spare Inventory:
- Maintain accurate records of spare parts inventory.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Analyze inventory data to forecast future needs and minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
- Implement best practices for inventory management, including FIFO (First In, First Out) methodology.

Setting of Dealer Invoices:
- Prepare and issue dealer invoices for spare parts transactions.
- Ensure that all invoices are accurate and reflect the correct prices and quantities.
- Collaborate with the finance department to resolve any billing issues and ensure prompt payment.

Warranty Claim Management:
- Process warranty claims in accordance with company policies and manufacturer guidelines.
- Review and validate warranty claims submitted by dealers.
- Coordinate with the technical team to assess the validity of warranty claims and manage claim approvals.
- Maintain thorough records of all warranty claims and manage documentation for audit purposes.
Experience
2-5 Years
Industry Preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
