Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  1. Spare PO Execution:

    • Process and execute spare parts purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Coordinate with suppliers to confirm delivery schedules and manage any order-related issues.
    • Monitor and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of spare parts.
  2. Maintaining Spare Inventory:

    • Maintain accurate records of spare parts inventory.
    • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
    • Analyze inventory data to forecast future needs and minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
    • Implement best practices for inventory management, including FIFO (First In, First Out) methodology.
  3. Setting of Dealer Invoices:

    • Prepare and issue dealer invoices for spare parts transactions.
    • Ensure that all invoices are accurate and reflect the correct prices and quantities.
    • Collaborate with the finance department to resolve any billing issues and ensure prompt payment.
  4. Warranty Claim Management:

    • Process warranty claims in accordance with company policies and manufacturer guidelines.
    • Review and validate warranty claims submitted by dealers.
    • Coordinate with the technical team to assess the validity of warranty claims and manage claim approvals.
    • Maintain thorough records of all warranty claims and manage documentation for audit purposes.

Experience

2-5 Years

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
