Assistant Manager - IMCR - CV CDMM

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Monitoring of IMCR project through weekly reviews with all CFT's stakeholders & Platform head
• Periodic IMCR proposal updates to IMCR head & seeking assistance to bottleneck issues if any
• Benchmarking internally for improving efficiency of existing IMCR processes.
• Completion of IMCR Projects as per the target date & achieve Set Annual target
• Generate cost savings ideas on regular basis to fill idea pipeline.

Experience

5-8 years of Experience

Industry Preferred

Automotive Industry

Qualifications

BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

General Requirements

Some earlier experience of working on Value Engineering ideas would be preferrable
Good Communication skills & Networking with CFT's members 
Teamwork & seamless colloboration with CFT's
Adaptability & Passion to learn new things 
Knowledge of Function based Value Engineering methodology
Product & Commodity Knowledge
Project Planning & Implementation
Ability to have start to finish approach
Ability to adapt to change 
Will be Required to Travel periodically to Haridwar & Nashik 
Intergrity & Work Ethic
Time Management
