Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
"* To prepare PCS, GRN, Issue note for material storage in store.
* Carry material insoection along with SQA at incoming stage and record abnormility.
* Reconciliation of GR vs invoices and its booking with finance.
* To issue Materials as per production plan and update ERP.
* Daily stock statement for A class parts and Perpetual inventory execution.
* To monitor storage, inventory status and ensure adherence to production plan.
* Prepare accurate documents related to receipt, issuance of material and finished goods.
* Prepare material shortage list and forward to purchase to ensure appropriate Inventory levels.
* Prepare correct documents for any material transaction from and to the company.
* Obsolete and rejected material disposal.
* Create Sales order and invoice with necessary Eway bills for dispatch execution. (Ex. Sample parts movement, Scrapmovement, rejection materials, RTV, RGP, Outbound Sales)
* Prepare report for inbound and outbound related descipancy. (Ex. Short, Excess, damage, Expiry, RTV)
* Improvements in material handling and supply in order to achieve lean manufacturing.
* Manage six 'R' in logistics.
* Prepare store accupancy report.
* Prepare manpower efficiency report for store.
* Execute adhoc plan made by manager to accomodate project / operations requirement.
* Adhere Safety rules and SoP of store department and maintain Audit documents for IATF.
Experience
6-8 years of relevant Work Experience
Industry Preferred
Automobile OEM / Tier 1
