Asst Manager BESS

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Conduct site surveys for ESS/BESS, Telecom, and Solar projects, including load assessment and feasibility analysis • Execute Installation & Commissioning (I&C) of: ➢ Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) ➢ Inverters, PCS, and related systems ➢ Telecom power backup solutions • Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers and internal teams • Diagnose and troubleshoot system faults, alarms, and performance issues • Ensure proper documentation, including: ➢ Site survey reports ➢ Commissioning reports ➢ Service reports and warranty claim details • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, and service) for smooth project execution • Support customers in AMC/CAMC and after-sales service activities • Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality procedures • Travel to project sites as per business requirements
