Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Effective co-ordination with the Design team, Strategic sourcing, Component development & Plant teams to ensure first time right delivery.
Ability of Budgeting, Project Panning, Cost management, resource planning.
Ability to lead and drive project QCD targets from front with agility and ownership. (e.g. Warranty enhancement & critical to quality concerns) in cross functional environment.
BOM cost analysis & report preparation
Knowledge of product development systems (PDS) and project gateway deliverables
Sound knowledge of part manufacturing processes.
Complete familiarity of vendor selection and business nomination process
Coordination within the component development team for identifying the process gap for escalation to expediate
Display the role of SPOC for seam less coordination e.g.: Strategic sourcing, Spare business unit, digitalization, design & platform
