Commodity Head- CDMM

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Thorough in technical assessment & key engineering deliverables of the process- Process mapping for vehicle electrical parts like Head Lamp, Tail Lamps, Switches, Controllers, Instrument clusters, Wiring Harness etc,   
2. Understanding of FTG Requirements and their appropriate deployment 
3. Commercial acumen : Cost estimation of the process, FTG involved & Packaging to accurately estimate CAPEX requirements-(develop and monitor the CAPEX)
4. Hands on experience of SAP MM Module
5. Project Management skills –
• Ensure on-time closure of DFM, VOB, TKO ,etc.  
• Support & Drive all the development initiatives/Projects at various stages involving all stake holders and deliver the them to meet project gateway timelines
• Project review presentations on status updates, identify risks at early stage & prudently act to mitigate the same
• Support product development improvements through early supplier involvement. 
6. Inter-personal skills to Manage internal & external stake holders
7. Develop and deploy processes and tools to ensure, monitor and manage the component development at supplier end. 
8. Ensure material availability to meet production requirements –MM Function 
9. Active drive on Intergrated Materials Cost Reduction Initiatives
• Supplier Performance improvements- QCD Targets
• Support CRUSADE initiatives
• Drive all IMCR/ Ideation initiatives 
• Ensure supplier participation in cost workshops through IMCR initiatives to meet cost reduction targets
