Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
1. Recruitment, Onboarding in different Trainee and permanent workmen category as per requirement
2. Compensation Management of Workmen and Trainee category
3. Manage Shop Floor ER Operational Issues – Coordination with PU Managers, Associates, Trainees etc. on routine basis
4. Maintaining Shop Floor Discipline and handling grievances
5. Managing Domestic Enquiries and disciplinary action process
6. Drive Employee Engagement (Wellness Programs, Appreciation, Cultural Events, suggestion scheme etc.)
7. Driving various Training and OD interventions for workmen and trainees
8. Manage Time attendance and Payroll process for workmen and trainees
9. Sharing of inputs to Accounts for processing of payroll
10. Implementation of Digitization Interventions for ER activities
11. Responsible for various internal and external audits of ER processes, IMS, IATF etc.
12. Managing F & F Settlement of workmen and Trainees
13.Managing Employee welfare facilities like Canteen, transport, Creche etc.
