Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Taking stringent quality measures including preparation / maintenance of necessary documents to ensure compliance with above standards & customer requirements.
- Resolving all internal and external customer complaints; taking timely corrective & preventive actions and preventing the recurrence.
- Restitution of the Audit vehicles from Attribution to the Closure of the Issues.
- Quality improvement – Reactive vs. Proactive. Quality Measurement to Customer Value Management.
- Establishing Priorities for Projects and implementing on time deliverables.
- Coordinate with all department including engineering, quality, manufacturing, supply chain to achieve new product development milestones.
- Support new product implementation and design changes .
- Ensure compliance to PPAP requirements during production trial run.
- Review of Design Change Request/Process Change Request & Supplier Change Request.
- Co-ordinating and managing the tracking sheet with concerned department for DCR/PCR/SCR implementation.
- Update & maintain all project management & process engineering documents according to IATF-16949 standard.
- Assessing the process and product quality developed in compliance with pre-set technical specifications Detecting defects / faults and initiating corrective actions.
- Ensuring that the products produced and dispatched are in confirmation with the established quality standards and customer requirements.
- Practicing quality standards like 5S, TPM, MQS, POKA YOKE, KAIZEN, IATF, QMS systems standards & responsible for quality up gradation & productivity with key emphasis on Customer specific requirements.
- Lead role participation PCRN/APQP/SPC/PFMEA (Process Change Request Notification)/ MPPAP /for process improvements.
- Active participation in launching new projects w r t Quality systems FTR , Change management, PPAP, ECN Change with QMS management
- Champion in leading QCRT Meeting conducted for user plant concerns.
