Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
1. Preparation of RFQ, SOR based on available information & based on assumptions.
2. Making concept layout for flexible production volumes
3. Good cross functional team management
4. Preparation of process flow, pfmea.
5. Techno-commercial discussion with potential line builders.
6. Preparation of time line with key milestones to put the assembly line into production.
7. Implementation of Industry 4.0 & Digital manufacturing
8. Able to calculate JPH based on flexible production volumes.
9. Basic civil knowledge like floor loading & strength.
10. Budget Costing for assembly line
11. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
12. Assess current manufacturing processes and modify them to accomodate new variants, to improve producitivity.
13. Develop manufacturing process by studying product requirements in co-ordination with assembly line builders.
14. Process design in line safety and regulatory requirements.
Experience
6-8 years of relevant Work Experience

Qualifications
General Requirements
1. Knowledge of electric vehicle, battery system, BMS etc.
2. Hands on experience on working on high voltage systems, 350V
2. Reading & understanding of electrical schematics for wiring harness & system inter connection
3. Hands on experience on BMS software flashing, calibration & troubleshooting
3. Knowledge in handeling testing equipment likeair & coolent leak testing
4. Electrical-physical fault detection & fault analysis in battery pack
5. Knowledge of individual balancing of battery cells, modules & battery pack
6. Generation & implementation of EOL (End Of Line) test programs for battery pack with various test parameters.
7. Troubleshooting, diagnosing & solving hardware & software issues occured during production
Laser Welding Technology - Battery
1. Knowledge about laser welding technology. Hands on experience of similar & dissimilar metal laser welding
2. Laser welding quality requirements, understanding good & bad welding
3. NDT inspection of welded samples. Failure analysis weld joint
4. Investigation of root causes & corrective action implmentation to minimize yield losses in production line
