Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Well Knowledge In Development of Process and Product for Mechanism Parts including Sheet metal, Plastic, PDC, Electrical & Electronic commodity parts, FSS Parts like Cables, Latches, Lock set, Wiper Motor, Window Regulator, Sun roof, Brake & Clutch Pedal Assy, Foot step, Sliding Window, ODH & IDH etc.
2. Expertise in Product development activities involving Component Development, Plant Engineering, Production Line Balancing Through Cycle time, Material Handling Planning & Approval, Line Lay outing, Development of new sources (Suppliers selection), Monitoring & Project Coordination and Procurement of materials from sources.
3. RFQ, Process Sign-off, Quote Synthesis, Commericals / VOB, APQP, PR/PO/Schedules, Packaging, Time line monitoring, Development Tracking, Producitonisation, Concern clossures and Co-ordination with Plant team.
