Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Leading IT helpdesk –Majorly DMS (Dealer Management )technical support team
  • Working as coordinator between technical team / developers / vendors & end users.
  • Coordination with Sales & Service teams and channel partners on day to day resolutions & tickets closure
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
  • MIS & analysis
  • Documenting and communicating the results of efforts.
  • Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Providing training to End User
  • Performing user acceptance testing.
  • Managing Support resources and priorities.
  •
