Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead Electrical Systems, Wiring Harness, Electronics, and Architecture teams.

Drive design and integration of vehicle electrical and electronic systems across LCV, ICV, MCV, HCV, and Bus platforms.

Own development of electrical architecture, wiring harnesses, ECUs, BCM, ADAS, infotainment, instrument cluster, and connectivity solutions.

Ensure compliance with functional safety, cybersecurity, regulatory, and homologation requirements.

Lead system validation, prototype support, issue resolution, value engineering, and cost optimization initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and technology partners to deliver robust and future-ready E&E solutions.

BE/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, E&C, or related discipline; ME/M.Tech preferred.

Must Have:

• Background from OE / CV OE (Commercial Vehicle OEM) / Construction Equipment OE (CHO)

• Should have handled Head - E&E scope (both hardware & software)

• Cybersecurity and Functional Safety ownership/experience

• Current / up-to-date knowledge of electronics and emerging technology

• Electrical Systems, Wiring Harness, Vehicle Electrical Architecture

• Embedded Systems, ECU Development, ADAS, AUTOSAR, SDV

• CAN, LIN, Ethernet, Diagnostics, Functional Safety (ISO 26262)

• Cybersecurity (ISO/SAE 21434, UNECE WP.29)

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning capabilities

Automotive or Heavy Engineering, Tier 1

20-25 years of experience in Automotive OEMs with leadership experience in Electrical & Electronics product development
