Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Well Knowledge In Development of Process and Product for Mechanism Parts (Sheet metal & Plastic commodity parts, FSS Parts like Cables, Latches, Lock set, Wiper Motor, Window Regulator, Sliding Window, ODH & IDH etc.)
2. Expertise in Product development activities involving Component Development, Plant Engineering, Production Line Balancing Through Cycle time, Material Handling Planning & Approval, Line Lay outing, Development of new sources (Suppliers selection), Monitoring & Project Coordination and Procurement of materials from sources.
3. FTG Trails ( buy off- HLTO ) installation and commissioning.
4. TSO, DAP, APQP , PPAP , FTG approval from Suppliers

5 to 10 years

Diploma in Tool Design / B.Tech / Specialisation in Robotics & Automation 
 

General Requirements

1. Well acquainted with APQP & PPAP activities
2. Vendor up-gradation thru Technical Assistance & Guidance
3. Expertise in VAVE
4.Knowledge on Proto parts Tools & Fixtures Development 
5.Knowledge of Teaching & Programming Robots and Hands-On Experience Robotic Spot Welding, Mig Welding, Projection Welding Weld Up Down Trials & Weld Parameter Finalization.
