Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Training & development of field team on new initiatives & innovative service offerings.

BE (Mech / Ele) / DME / DEE
General Requirements
- Proven abilities in leading sales team. Experience in customer support is a plus
- Strong knowledge in Gas & Diesel Engine & Genset industry with AMF/Synchronizing panel
- Knowledge of solar, Li Ion battery, telecom equipment’s & emission control devises are required
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Communication & negotiation skills with time management.
- Expertise in Project management inclusive of materials planning, scheduling, procurement &
- distribution as per requirements.
