Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Training & development of field team on new initiatives & innovative service offerings.

BE (Mech / Ele) / DME / DEE

General Requirements

  • Proven abilities in leading sales team. Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Strong knowledge in Gas & Diesel Engine & Genset industry with AMF/Synchronizing panel
  • Knowledge of solar, Li Ion battery, telecom equipment’s & emission control devises are required
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Communication & negotiation skills with time management.
  • Expertise in Project management inclusive of materials planning, scheduling, procurement &
  • distribution as per requirements.
  • Market knowledge
