Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Market Strategy & Sales Planning • Develop and execute market strategies to meet sales targets using regional insights and customer trends • Activate sub-territories monthly/quarterly based on pipeline strength and segment mapping • Track competitor moves and build counter-strategies • Collaborate with leadership on sales forecasting and promotional planning Channel & Dealer Management • Drive sales and market share through dealer collaboration • Manage dealership profitability and review performance monthly • Assign targets and maintain pipeline hygiene via Dealer Management System (DMS) • Monitor dealer financial health and ensure claim and receivable follow-ups Customer & Financier Engagement • Build lasting relationships with fleet owners and transporters • Partner with NBFCs for financial schemes and support repayment discussions Lead Generation & Conversion • Guide dealers in lead generation and pipeline conversion • Optimize lead processes using digital tools and analytics Customer Experience & Marketing • Implement and improve CSI/SSI processes • Execute Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing for target segments • Relay customer feedback to Product Management and Development teams Training & Development • Recruit, train, and coach Dealer Sales Executives (DSEs) • Map DSE skills, recommend training, and promote value-based selling • Support SMs, GMs, and DPs in deal closures Cross-Functional Collaboration • Coordinate with service, channel development, retail finance, and marketing teams • Align sales efforts with broader business goals across geographies
