Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Develop and execute paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads) focused on generating qualified leads.
Optimize campaigns for CPL (Cost per Lead) and ROI.
Implement retargeting strategies to nurture prospects.Drive organic traffic through SEO best practices (on-page, off-page, technical SEO).
Collaborate with content teams to create blogs, landing pages, and case studies aligned with lead-gen goals.Manage and optimize website UX/UI for conversions.
Create high-converting landing pages integrated with CRM and marketing automation tools.Implement and manage email marketing workflows for lead nurturing.
Ensure seamless integration between digital campaigns and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, GA4, and other tools.
Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards for management review.Manage LinkedIn and other relevant platforms for brand visibility and engagement
Develop thought leadership content to position Mahindra Powerol as an industry leader

 

Experience

Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing or equivalent

Industry Preferred

Genset Or heavy engineering background.

Qualifications

Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing or equivalent
Technical Skills:
Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads
SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs)
Marketing Automation (HubSpot, Marketo)
Analytics (Google Analytics, GA4, Data Studio)

KPIs & Performance Metrics:Lead Generation:
Number of qualified leads generated per month/quarter.
Cost per Lead (CPL) vs. target.

Campaign Performance:
ROI on paid campaigns.
Click-through Rate (CTR) and Conversion Rate (CVR) for ads and landing pages.

SEO & Organic Growth:
Increase in organic traffic and keyword rankings.
Growth in website engagement metrics (time on site, bounce rate

Marketing Automation:
Email open rates and click-through rates.
Lead nurturing conversion percentage.

Social Media Engagement:
Growth in followers and engagement rate on LinkedIn and other platforms.

Reporting & Analytics:
Accuracy and timeliness of performance dashboards and insights.
