Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Knowledge in Interior & Exterior Design of FRP, Vacuum Formed, DCPD, Injection Moulding & SMC
• Knowledge in Glass, seal, Mechanism and Consumables
• Knowledge of Bus Body Aggregates & Architecture
• Taking a lead role in bringing Bus Body product design , development & execution
• Ensuring Design activities like DFM, DFA, DFQ, DFS & DFMEA
• Collaboratively working with other system and functional teams to realize quality, cost and time objectives of the program
• Participate actively in CFT reviews for timely resolution of concerns
• Resolving Built Concerns, ,  Field Complaints, Regulatory challenges, Cost Reduction Proposals in Current Vehicles, etc.
• Ensuring 100% compliance to standards while releasing drawings, SOR, Timely release of engineering documents like drawing & identifying critical areas in manufacture and assembly

• To Set up Design activity plan for Bus Body Trim Aggregates – Concept Finalization, Release Plan, Execution , Support after sales
