Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

] Collaborating with Studio, CME, Manufacturing, CDMM, simulation and other interfacing departments to achieve project deliverables
2] Bringing out key risks in achieving engineering targets with proposed solutions for management direction.

3] Achieving the Functional image targets (Crash, durability, NVH, weight) set for Body closures & knowledge in ECE R26 regulations
4] Interaction with Vehicle integration, CME, and other Body / Vehicle aggregates for integration of parts into the vehicle.

5] Leading discussions with external CFT teams like Design studio, Product planning, CME, Plant teams, Supplier teams, Platform teams etc. 

6] Concerns resolution and at supplier, assembly plant and field during development and post launch. Prototype build design release, build support.

7] Homologation, testing support and resolution of concerns at plant and field level.

8) Experience in Design of Body closures, Lids and Glass, seals and mechanism

10] Escalating COE issues and getting resolution with Platform teams.

3] Deep understanding of latest trends in BIW design, light weighting, and manufacturing process
