Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Monitor  the Internal & External Quality results Like (RPH @ 3MIS, 12 MIS, 0 hrs ,testing rejections)
2. Review with External & Intrnal Customers on regular basis & ensure customer satisfaction
3. Failure Analysis & Closure through RCA, CAPA.
4. Developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and reports to track the organization's quality performance and communicate it to senior management.
5. Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing strategies to enhance the efficiency and quality of production. This can involve implementing Lean Six Sigma principles or other quality improvement methodologies.
6. Providing training and development programs for employees to ensure they understand and can implement quality standards and processes.
7. Managing the quality of materials or components sourced from suppliers. This may involve supplier audits and quality.
8. Collaborating with other departments, such as production, engineering, and PQIG, Service , to integrate quality into all aspects of the organization.

(Specialised, Technical      ,TQM ,6 Sigma tools ,Emmision regulations ,Industrial Applications

3. Skills                              :  Problem Solving,People Management , Supplier Quality ,  Warranty management.Process Improvement , Risk Management.Data Analysis
4. Experience - 15+ Years
