• 1. Develop Recruitment Strategies: Create and execute innovative recruitment plans to attract diverse talent for off /dealer roll
  2. Manage bulk Hiring Process: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding for all Dealer roll employees
  3. Collaborate with Leadership: Partner with Client & Circle heads to identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
  4. Employer branding and Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
  5. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience. throughout the recruitment process.
• 6. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• 7. Conduct regular training and awareness sessions on compliance-related topics.
• 8. Support provided in end-to-end payroll processing and administration.

12 ++ years of bulk hiring experience in telecom domain
